Product Overview
Steam/Thermal oil heated reaction kettle uses steam as the heat source for heat exchange. The boiler steam is introduced into the jacket of the reaction kettle, transferring the steam heat into the kettle, causing the internal material to absorb heat and react.
Steam/thermal oil heating reactors have better heat transfer efficiency due to water's higher specific heat capacity compared to oil. Under the same temperature control conditions, the water medium of the water temperature machine is more effective. The water temperature machine uses water as the medium and only requires connection to tap water, making it convenient to use. At normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Therefore, without pressure, the control temperature of the water temperature machine can only be less than or equal to 100°C. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the control temperature of the water temperature machine can be raised to 180°C, thereby expanding the application range of the water temperature machine.
