Electrically heated stainless steel reactors feature rapid heating, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, environmental pollution-free, no need for boiler automatic heating, ease of use, and more. They heat the internal heat-conducting oil within the jacket using an electric heating rod, raising the oil temperature to the required level, after which a temperature control instrument regulates the electric heating rod to shut off power and maintain a constant temperature. They are applied in industries such as chemicals and food. The commonly used material is 304 stainless steel.
