Features

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, jacketed heating types include electric rod heating, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. shaft seal devices are available in packed and mechanical sealing. Agitation types include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame. Hole quantities, specifications, or other requirements can be customized according to customer needs.

Principle

The pot body and lid are sealed with flanges. The pot body features a discharge hole at the bottom, and there's a stirrer inside. The lid is equipped with process holes for feeding, stirring, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam extraction for distillation, and safety venting. The lid is fitted with a reducer and motor on the top of the welded bracket, which drives the pot stirrer via a drive shaft, with the shaft seal located at the lid's top. The heating jacket has holes for oil/gas intake and exhaust, temperature measurement, venting, and electric heating rods. Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, different requirements for lid process holes, stirrer types (including slurry, anchor, frame, spiral, etc.), support types (suspended or pedestal), and filling material sealing devices can be accommodated.
