The advantages of resins produced by water-based coating resin equipment
1. Water-based paint resins use water as the solvent, saving a substantial amount of resources; water-based paints eliminate the fire hazard during application; reduce atmospheric pollution; and only use a small amount of low-toxicity aliphatic ethers as organic solvents, improving working environment conditions. The general organic solvents in water-based paints (accounting for the paint) are between 10% to 15%, while the current cathodic electrostatic painting has dropped below 1.2%, effectively reducing pollution and conserving resources.
2. Water-based paint resins can be directly applied on wet surfaces and in humid environments; water-based paints have good adaptability to material surfaces and strong coating adhesion.
3. Water-based coating resin painting tools can be cleaned with water, significantly reducing solvent consumption.
4. Water-based paint resin electro-phoresis coatings are even and flat, with excellent leveling properties. They can cover certain thicknesses on internal cavities, welds, edges, and corners, offering excellent protective qualities. The electro-phoresis coatings exhibit good corrosion resistance, with the thick cathodic electro-phoresis layer having a high salt spray resistance up to 1200 hours.
