A bag centrifuge is an industrial machine consisting of a base unit, a housing unit, a power transmission unit, and a filtration working unit.
The centrifugal bag filter features an inner cylinder and guide tube fitted on the outer side of the drum bottom. The outer cylinder is movably mounted between the inner cylinder and guide tube. Both ends of the cylinder cover and the bag pulling plate are fixedly connected to the outer cylinder. The other end of the bag pulling plate is connected to the lower end of the filter bag. The top of the spring is connected to the top of the outer cylinder, while the bottom of the spring is set on the piston, which is fixed to the inner cylinder. Air holes are provided on the side wall of the inner cylinder, located between the piston and cylinder cover. An air intake channel is set in the main shaft, which connects to the air holes through the airways in the drum bottom and the internal airway between the inner cylinder and drum bottom.
