1Operating Principle

During the unloading process, the scraper's movement allows most material to be discharged through the hopper openings at the bottom of the drum. The remaining material layer is cleared through the drum's internal bagging mechanism, which generates an oscillating effect.

2Principle of Explosion-Proof Operation

Explosion-proof centrifugal bag filter is manufactured according to explosion-proof standards, and a large flow of nitrogen is used for displacement before the main unit of the centrifuge is turned on. Oxygen content and pressure are monitored to ensure the gas inside the centrifuge is inert, meeting the operation requirements. After the equipment is in operation, dynamic monitoring of oxygen content is conducted, followed by large flow nitrogen displacement or small flow low-pressure nitrogen supplementation to ensure the explosion-proof operation of the equipment.
