Flat-type decanter centrifuges combine the advantages of vacuum filter extractors and centrifuges, featuring both vacuum filtration and centrifugal separation functions. In actual production, many factories first use vacuum filter extractors to filter the material, separating most of the liquid, and then transfer the material into the centrifuge for high-speed centrifugal separation, expelling the remaining small amount of liquid from the material to obtain the material that meets the requirements of chemical production. The drawback is that it requires a significant amount of manual labor for material transfer, leading to heavy workload for workers and a complex operation process. After using the vacuum-filter centrifuge, most of the liquid in the material has been separated during the filtration process, with a small amount separated during the centrifugation. This simplifies the process flow, avoids material transfer, reduces the workload and labor intensity of workers, and improves the environment. Additionally, for solvents, most of the solvent can be first vacuum-filtered at a static or very low speed, enhancing the safety of the equipment. On this equipment basis, the siphon skimming function can be added to improve the dryness of the material.For limited material, it can be flipped for soaking and drying.
