PGZ/SGZ Series Fully Automatic Knife Bottom Discharge Centrifuge Product Features and Applications:
The SG/SGZ/PGZ/PGZB centrifuge is a scraper-bottom discharge, intermittent operation filter equipment. Materials are added to the drum from above. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the medium and is discharged outside the machine, while the solid phase is retained inside the drum. After the drum slows down, a scraper is used to remove the material and discharge it from the bottom of the centrifuge. It features stable operation and ease of use.
The SGZ/PGZ centrifuge can be programmed according to operational requirements, automatically completing processes such as feeding, separation, washing, drying, and unloading. It allows for both long and short-distance operation. It handles large volumes with high automation and excellent separation results.
The PGZ type centrifuge eliminates the traditional suspended legs. It utilizes flat weight balance and high-viscosity damping isolators for vibration absorption, requiring no foundation installation.
The PGZB-type centrifuge features a large flip-top cover, which, when opened, facilitates the removal of the filter residue layer. An optional on-line cleaning system is available for cleaning the interior of the centrifuge.
