The SG/SGZ/PGZ/PGZB centrifuge is a filter equipment with a scraper bottom discharge and intermittent operation. Materials are added to the drum from the top. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the medium and is discharged out of the machine, while the solid phase remains in the drum. After the drum slows down, a scraper is used to remove the material and discharge it from the bottom of the centrifuge. It features stable operation and easy operation.
The SGZ/PGZ centrifuge can be programmed according to operational requirements, automatically completing processes such as feeding, separation, washing, drying, and unloading. It allows for both remote and close-range operation. The high degree of automation handles large volumes and achieves excellent separation effects.
The PGZ centrifuge eliminates the traditional suspended legs. It utilizes flat weight balancing and high viscosity damping isolators for vibration absorption, with no need for a foundation installation.
The PGZB type centrifuge features a large flip-top cover, which, when opened, facilitates the removal of the filter residue layer. An optional on-line cleaning system is available for cleaning the interior of the centrifuge.
