Closed centrifuge platform structure, the outer shell is welded into one with the platform, and the shell cover and shell body are connected with flanges and quick-opening structures. The opening of the shell cover is assisted by a mechanical balancer, and the cover is equipped with a feeding tube, cleaning tube, viewing port, observation lamp, ventilation holes, etc.
Standard Structure
1. Full lid structure with smooth transitions between components, polished surface for effective sanitation; external components, fasteners, and drum are made of stainless steel, allowing for thorough cleaning of the centrifuge housing, drum, and liquid outlet.
2. The machine base features a flat structure, with a low center of gravity, compact installation space, and easy operation.
3. Equipped with liquid damping shock absorbers, offering excellent vibration reduction and simplified daily maintenance.
4. The lid features a small flip-top with an inlet pipe, washing pipe, observation mirror, lighting hole, and filter cloth installation and unloading. An accessible small flip-top allows for operations such as checking. An optional online cleaning system is available, which performs online cleaning of the centrifuge's interior, including the inner wall of the housing, the drum's inner and outer surfaces, and the surface of the liquid collection tray, ensuring cleanliness requirements and compliance with GMP standards.
5. High versatility; grains are not easily broken, suitable for solid-phase suspension separation in granular form, as well as fiber material separation, with a wide range of applications.
6. Equipped with a variable-frequency starter for smooth startup and adjustable separation factor; utilizing silicone or fluororubber, and featuring an optional nitrogen protection system, it meets the explosion-proof requirements for sealed structures.
