An automatic centrifuge is an intermittent operation filter centrifuge with an automatic scraper at the bottom for discharging material.
The machine is controlled by a variable frequency drive, with adjustable separation factors. It uses medium-speed feeding, high-speed separation, and low-speed discharging. After the machine starts and reaches the feeding speed, the material enters the drum through the upper feeding tube for separation. Depending on the material process, it is cleaned and defoamed before being discharged at a reduced speed, with the solid phase discharged from the bottom. Discharging is done with a narrow scraper, achieving a low-speed, sealed discharge with minimal grain breakage. Feeding and washing are controlled by pipes and valves. The operation of the machine is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), with fully automatic operation for feeding, initial filtration, fine filtration, and scraping. The scraper system can be hydraulically, pneumatically, or electrically driven. The control panel can be operated on-site or remotely.
