To enhance coal washing efficiency, reduce costs, and increase medium recovery rates, we have employed a manufacturing process that ingeniously designs the corresponding structure for generating a reasonable slurry flow in the sorting equipment. The tank is equipped with a graded ladder, enhancing the stirring effect, making the magnetic separator tank more suitable for medium recovery. The flow of the slurry body, along with the excellent magnetic material dispersion and magnetic circuit design, generates more magnetic fields and higher angular gradients within the tank's sweeping area. This results in greater adsorption of magnetic medium particles and concentrates magnetic energy within the medium flow layer, preventing waste outside the tank. Consequently, the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials is faster, and the medium recovery rate is higher.
