Fluid pipeline de-ironing/magnetic filter is particularly suitable for filtering out ferromagnetic impurities from fluids or slurry materials, to enhance product quality, ensure safe production, and maintain equipment operation.

Internally, it uses strong permanent magnet materials with a surface magnetic field of over 12,000 GS, meeting food and hygiene standards. The standard magnet rod specifications are Φ 25 mm; externally, it is made of 304/316 stainless steel, capable of withstanding a working pressure of 10 atmospheres. The interfaces can be flanges, quick clamp bands, threaded, etc., for easy installation. Standard specifications (magnetic filter diameter × inlet and outlet diameter) are Φ 150×25/32/40/50/65, Φ 200×50/65/80/100, Φ 250×80/100/125/150, Φ 300×125/150/200 mm; customizable, scientifically and reasonably designed to effectively maintain magnetic field strength and enhance iron removal efficiency.
