Cranes Electromagnet, Magnetic Clamps, Permanent Magnet Clamps, Demagnetizers, Iron Removers, Crane Electromagnetic Clamps — High-Frequency Crane Electromagnet
Introduction: Selection Considerations 1. Please choose a room temperature lifting electromagnetic iron when the temperature of the material to be transported is below 100℃; if the temperature exceeds 100℃
Selection Considerations
1. When transporting materials at temperatures below 100°C, please use a normal temperature lifting electromagnetic crane. If the temperature exceeds 100°C, opt for a high-temperature lifting electromagnetic crane. For temperatures over 600°C, choose an ultra-high-temperature lifting electromagnetic crane.
2. Use a high-frequency lifting electromagnet when the power-on duration exceeds 60%.
3. When lifting materials in water, please choose a diving type (diving depth not exceeding 100m). The parameters of the diving type lifting electromagnet are the same as those of the normal temperature type. If the diving type is required, please specify when placing an order.
4. Surrounding Environment Temperature: Normal type -5℃~40℃; High temperature type -5℃~50℃. Altitude not exceeding 2000m.
5. Equipment Matching: Select rectifier control and auxiliary equipment based on the power consumption (current) for single unit use; for multiple units in parallel, select based on the sum of power consumption (current) of the connected units.
