The LEP series electro-magnetic lifting permanent magnet electromagnets are a new product developed by our company based on the absorption of foreign technology and the use of high-tech permanent magnet materials. They are only powered during the moment of picking up or releasing materials, and rely on the magnetic steel to attract the objects during lifting. The吸附 time is theoretically infinite, ensuring safety. There is no need to worry about unexpected power outages or unforeseen electrical faults causing the attracted objects to fall and resulting in personal or equipment damage. Therefore, in places where ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment is critical, permanent magnet electromagnets are particularly suitable, offering advantages that general lifting electromagnets cannot match.

The LEP series electromagnet lifting electromagnets, by eliminating the cumbersome and heavy power-off retaining magnet device, not only significantly reduce the weight of the equipment but also improve the installation conditions for the trolley, alleviate the trolley load, and make operation and maintenance extremely convenient and simple.

General lifting electromagnets must be continuously powered during the lifting process, resulting in high energy consumption. In contrast, permanent magnet electromagnets only need to be powered for the brief moments of picking up or placing materials, with each cycle lasting about 1 second, thus significantly reducing energy consumption to only about 5% of that of general lifting electromagnets. Consequently, in remote areas where power lines are inaccessible, general lifting electromagnets are ineffective, while permanent magnet electromagnets can operate normally with a battery supply.

Application Scope:

1. Applicable steel types for hoisting:

a) Individual steel plates with a thickness exceeding 6mm (plates thinner than 6mm require special design)

b) Various square billets, slab billets, and large channels, I-beams, etc.

c) Flat-surfaced large steel ingots of various types.

d) Scrap steel (not recommended for use).

2. Applicable Temperature:

a) Room temperature type, operating temperature not exceeding 80°C;

b) High-temperature type, with a maximum operating temperature of 500°C.

3. Usage Locations: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

4. Various forms for use with power sources:

a) Used in conjunction with electrical control cabinets, suitable for steel mills, shipyards, machinery manufacturing plants, etc., for lifting steel plates, ingots, and steel billets.

b) Designed for use with lead-acid batteries, suitable for hoisting steel plates and scrap steel in places where power lines are inaccessible, such as crane operations, truck cranes, and ships.
