I. Brief Introduction to Permanent Magnet Lifting Magnet
Permanent Magnet Lifter: Also known as a permanent magnet grab, magnetic hoist, or magnetic lifting device.Lifting MagnetLifting permanent magnets, permanent magnetic magnets, etc. Characterized by small size, stronger holding power, no electricity required, almost zero remanence, and high safety factor.
Section 2: Principle of Permanent Magnet Lifting Magnet
The permanent magnet crane operates by utilizing Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle. It employs high-performance, long-lasting magnetic materials, neodymium boron sand, to generate a strong attractive force in the magnetic circuit. The crane can switch between working and off modes by flipping the handle to alter the magnetic lines; it does not require external power supply, making it a safe and energy-saving new lifting tool.
When the crane is in operation, the suction face at the bottom of the crane forms a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles, securely holding the iron material workpieces. The bottom surface also features V-shaped grooves, allowing it to lift both plate-like and cylindrical workpieces. Consequently, the crane has strict requirements for the thickness and area of the plates.

2. High-performance, long-lasting magnetic materials, non-magnetic degeneration
3. Operation requires no power or other form of motive force
4. Advanced scientific magnetic circuit balance design, strong holding force, almost zero residual magnetism, safe and reliable
5. The tensile force is 3.5 times the rated lifting capacity, with a high safety factor.
6. Utilizes computer-simulated magnetic circuit design, featuring reasonable magnetic field distribution and deep magnetic permeability.
7. No excitation power required, no cooling system needed.
8. Energy-efficient and low failure rate.
9. Simple operation, safe and reliable performance.
10. All technical specifications meet the JB/T8711-1998 standard.
Section 4: Usage Instructions for Permanent Magnet Lifting Magnet
1. Prior to lifting, ensure the surface of the item to be lifted is clean, removing any rust or burrs. Align the centerline of the permanent magnet lifting device with the item's center of gravity, then place the lifter on the work surface and rotate the handle from the "-" position to the "+" position until it reaches the limit pin. Check if the safety tilt block on the handle locks automatically, and then proceed with the lift.
2. When lifting workpieces, overloading is strictly prohibited. It is also forbidden for any person to pass under the lifted workpiece. The temperature of the lifted workpiece and the ambient temperature should not exceed 80 degrees, and there should be no severe vibration or impact.
3. When hoisting cylindrical workpieces, maintain the B-shaped groove in contact with the workpiece along two straight lines, thus its lifting capacity is only 30%-50% of the rated lifting capacity.
4. After the hoisting is completed, press the inner handle button. This will disengage the security key on the handle from the security pin. Rotate the handle from the "+" to the "-" direction until it reaches the limit pin. This will put the crane in the closed position, detaching the workpiece from the crane.
FivePermanent Magnet Lifting MagnetSafety Precautions:
1. During the operation and movement of the permanent magnet crane, it is best to avoid contact surface collisions and dents to prevent affecting its performance and lifespan. When idle, coat the bottom surface with oil for protection; when in use, clean it thoroughly.
2. Please read the user manual before use, and ensure you understand the performance specifications before operating. If there are any uncertainties, contact the manufacturer to inquire to avoid any accidents.
3. Regularly inspect the flexibility of all components to ensure smooth operation during use.
