RCGZ Series Pipeline Dump Type Permanent Magnetic Iron Remover Briefly:
The RCGZ series pipeline permanent magnet automatic iron separator is a high-performance automated magnetic separation device, widely applicable in industries such as cement, power, ceramics, brick and tile, chemical industry, food, glass, metallurgy, and steel, serving as an iron removal device for material purification and ensuring the safe operation of subsequent equipment.
Primarily for the cement industry: Iron removal from the coarse powder after classifier selection and from the fine powder before clinker pre-crushing and before grinding, to prevent iron particles from accumulating in the mill, thereby enhancing the production efficiency of the mill and the specific surface area of cement; iron removal before cement filling ensures automatic separation and disposal of iron impurities mixed in the cement slurry, ensuring stable production operation. Continuously and automatically removes iron impurities from materials; withstanding high temperatures, strong magnetic force, long lifespan, and no need for constant supervision; mill output increased by over 15%, steel ball, steel segment, and wear plate wear reduced by over 20%; roller press rigid impeller and packaging machine export impeller lifespan extended by over twice.
RCGZ Pipeline Self-Dumping Permanent Magnetic Iron Remover Structural Features:
The RCGZ series pipeline permanent magnet automatic iron separator consists of three main parts: the pipeline body, the driving unit, and the magnet running unit. The driving unit is mounted on the pipeline wall, powered by a sprocket and chain to operate the magnet running unit inside the pipeline's magnetic separation cavity. The permanent magnet separates ferromagnetic materials from the pipeline material and discharges them out through the iron outlet.
The deformable shell rotates to magnetize the system, enhancing the magnetic action process structurally, with a separation mechanism for more efficient iron and debris separation. Utilizing high-temperature-resistant, strong magnetic neodymium-iron boron materials, it features a high magnetic field intensity. The entire unit is connected in series within the powder conveying pipeline, with a flanged connection for easy installation. Iron removal and unloading are automated, and the equipment operates without the need for constant supervision. The permanent magnet serves as the magnetic source, eliminating electricity consumption, and the low-power electrical slag removal system is energy-efficient, compactly designed, and operates reliably.
★This equipment uses neodymium-iron-boron with high residual magnetism as the magnetic source, offering high iron removal efficiency and a long service life.
★The power source features a low-power harmonic drive pinion reducer motor, with transmission via precision roller chain. It boasts advantages such as compact size, light weight, reliable and smooth operation, minimal failure, easy user operation, and convenient maintenance.
★This equipment features a reasonable and compact design, easy installation, and can be used directly by connecting it into the material conveying pipeline.
★ The iron removal process is continuous and automatic; once the equipment is started, no supervision is required.
★Suitable for enclosed material conveying systems; no dust emissions during operation, no environmental pollution.
★The pipeline walls are made of special wear-resistant materials, significantly increasing their service life.
RCGZ Pipeline Self-Dumping Permanent Magnet Iron Remover Working Principle:
The RCGZ Pipeline Self-Dumping Permanent Magnet Iron Remover is connected in the conveying pipeline with an inclination angle of 45-75 degrees. As the material flows through the iron remover, ferromagnetic substances are adsorbed onto the stainless steel wall of the pipeline iron remover and gradually slide towards the iron outlet with the movement of the permanent magnet, achieving separation from the material. At the iron outlet, as the permanent magnet moves away from the circular motion direction, the ferromagnetic substances lose the magnetic attraction and are discharged from the iron outlet under the action of gravity, thereby automatically removing iron from the material.
