Operating Principle:
The paper feeding mechanism pulls pre-printed and trimmed cardstock sheets from the paper holder and places them onto the conveyor belt. The sheets are then sent to the forming mold, where they are coated with water-based adhesive (or hot melt adhesive) at adjustable positions. The adhesive application can be adjusted during production without stopping the machine. Once coated, the cardstock sheets are sent to the collection area, where they are automatically stacked and counted, and marked according to the pre-set stack quantity without halting the process.
