Operating Principle:
The iron separator is electrically connected to the conveying pipeline with an inclination angle of 45-75 degrees. When the material passes through the separator, the ferromagnetic substances are adsorbed onto the steel pipe wall of the separator pipe and gradually slide towards the iron outlet with the movement of the permanent magnet, achieving separation from the material. At the iron removal point, as the permanent magnet moves away from the circular motion direction, the ferromagnetic substances lose the magnetic attraction and are discharged from the iron outlet under the action of gravity, realizing automatic iron removal of the material.
