Product Introduction

Operating Principle

A ring hammer crusher is a impact rotor type crusher equipped with ring hammers. After the material enters the crusher, it is first broken by the impact of the rotating ring hammers at high speed. The broken material simultaneously gains kinetic energy from the outside of the ring hammers and is broken a second time towards the crushing plate at high speed. It then falls onto the sieve plate, where it is further broken by the shearing, compressing, grinding, and mutual interaction of the material, before passing through the sieve holes. Unbreakable debris is collected in the rear collector and needs to be cleared regularly.

Technical Specifications

Installation and Commissioning

1. Choose the terrain prior to installation based on the source of raw materials.

2. The machine is securely fastened to the concrete with anchor bolts. When designing the foundation, provide for a mineral drainage channel with an incline of no less than 50°. However, users can also customize it based on the feeders and conveying equipment.

3. The motor should be installed in the opposite direction to the feeding port.

4. Electrical equipment should be positioned for convenience of use.

5. Prior to the trial run, all fasteners should be checked to ensure they are securely fastened.

6. Check for any metal objects or other non-breakable debris inside the unit.

7. Check that the bearing is adequately lubricated with a suitable oil.

8. Rotate the rotor by hand to check for normal operation and any signs of friction. If confirmed to be frictionless, the machine can be started without load. After a trial run of half an hour without any noise or vibration, and if the bearing temperature increase does not exceed 30%, proceed with the load test.

Safety Precautions

(1) An emergency fault occurs in the operating equipment; you may stop the operation first. Do not force the vehicle to start before the fault is resolved.

(2) Faulty electrical equipment should be handled by electrical personnel.

(3) When it's necessary to enter the machine for inspection, the power switch must first be turned off and a "Personnel Working Inside" sign must be hung. Before inspection, the materials on the top of the machine should be cleared to prevent injury from falling objects. Before starting the machine after inspection is complete, the top cover must be securely closed.
