Home is just such a place—a minimalist yet stylish space, not necessarily grand, yet always fulfilling all your expectations of beauty. Designer's reverse thinking +业主's high trust = a realized effect.
The original layout of this case is relatively compact with insufficient circulation and interconnectivity between spaces. The owner hopes to rearrange the design to create a more comfortable, spacious, and grand residential setting, maintaining simplicity without compromising quality. After communicating and discussing with the owner, we finally determined the overall style and design concept. The entire space is designed with the principle of maximizing space, with minimal intricate decorations and adorned with naturalistic elements. The space is decorated with fresh and natural accents, highlighting the natural beauty of the home, making every corner a unique landscape. It also creates a pure, comfortable, and natural living atmosphere that aligns with the owner's requirements.
In the realm of quality-of-life products, we cover everything from integrated cooktops, dishwashers, processors, complete Basus water treatment systems, underfloor heating, air conditioning, to fresh air systems.
Standard materials category, 3-layer solid wood composite flooring (4mm thick top layer), customized cabinets - Egger board. Caesar quartz stone. Wall paint by Tikkurila, with partial wallpaper background. Custom wooden doors and wooden skirting boards. Tile section in 6001200 large tiles with thin adhesive. Partially hand-painted tiles for decoration. Furniture partially solid, mainly purchased online. Lighting purchased online.

【Floor Plan】Due to a low population density, all spaces are designed for spaciousness. An open kitchen is a necessity, especially since the original study/bedroom layout was cramped. By connecting the two spaces with a sliding door (PD door) for flexibility, the study can be used for a child's temporary stay upon their return from abroad. The current wardrobe space actually hides a fold-down bed, which can be opened for the convenience of elderly visitors. Most of the time, the sense of space is reserved for the study.

This户型is not suitable for a fixed foyer, as it would sacrifice spatial sense. Therefore, the foyer is set on the opposite wall at the entrance, also serving as part of the dining room's decoration, creating an open entrance space. The storage space design is optimized to combine aesthetics and practicality. The bottom of the built-in shoe cabinet can store shoes, while the open space above can hold small potted plants or key pouch items. The tall cabinet on the side of the balcony is a large wardrobe. The entrance is fully functional, with a lively dressing mirror. Tidy up before heading out.
