Spring contact fingers are a new type of electrical connection product featuring simple structure, easy installation, strong current-carrying capacity, and cost savings. They are widely used in high-voltage switches, high-speed trains, oil exploration and detection equipment, and new energy vehicles. Our independently researched and manufactured spring contact fingers are made from beryllium copper and undergo special forming processes and multiple heat treatments to ensure precision and performance.
High current-carrying capacity; simple structure, easy assembly, and cost-effective; compact size, multiple contact points, and minimal heat accumulation; no electrical sparks produced during impact, with automatic arc extinction characteristics; each coil operates independently, allowing for straightening of large-area contact tolerances and compensation for surface irregularities, effectively addressing resistance drift; maintains excellent performance under impact, vibration, and harsh conditions.
Primarily applied in high-voltage switchgear, high-speed rail, oil exploration and detection equipment, and new energy vehicles.
