The welding speed is up to 8 times faster than traditional welding methods, offering a significant advantage for devices with complex graphics and numerous welding points.
2. Fast welding speed, small weld spots (spot diameter at the focus is only 0.3mm), less heat input, and minimal thermal distortion. The product's light guiding system, through the rapid movement of the galvanometer, ensures effective and stable laser spot welding. Depending on the welding material, output energy waveforms can be set and controlled to achieve an ideal welding outcome.
3. The welding machine utilizes dual control with an industrial control computer and imported PLC, allowing for a seamless integration of the high-speed mirror system with the CNC worktable.
