The G series single-screw pump operates on the principle of reciprocating meshing volumetric action, with the main working components being an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed sleeve (stator). Due to their unique geometric shapes, these two components each form a separate sealed cavity. The medium flows uniformly along the axial direction, with low internal velocity, constant volume, stable pressure, thus preventing vortex and turbulence. Each stage of the pump outputs a pressure of 0.6 Mpa and a head of 60m (for clean water), with a self-priming height typically at 6m. It is suitable for conveying media with temperatures below 80℃ (special requirements can reach 150℃). As the stator is made from various elastic materials, this pump is capable of handling high-viscosity fluids and conveying media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials, which is a feature not offered by general pump types. Its flow rate is proportional to the speed. Transmission can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive, or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, and transmission box for speed variation. This pump has few parts, a compact structure, small size, easy maintenance, with the rotor and stator being the easily damaged components. They are simple in design and easy to install and dismantle.
