The LC high-viscosity thermal insulation rotor pump features low rotational speed, high efficiency, compact size, large flow rate, low power consumption, strong self-priming ability, no need for oil injection, and easy operation.
Our factory produces LC-type high-viscosity thermal rotor pumps, available in two types: belt-driven and gear reducer-driven. The LC-type high-viscosity thermal rotor pump features low rotational speed, high efficiency, compact size, large flow rate, low power consumption, strong self-priming capability, no need for oil induction, and ease of use. The LC-type high-viscosity thermal rotor pump is widely used for transporting petroleum and petroleum products (can be replaced with a copper impeller for gasoline) and for conveying various oils and liquids in factories. This includes crude oil, paint, lubricating oil, silicone, fatty acids, and mild alkaline (soap processing) liquids. It can also transport various liquids in food processing, such as soy milk, yeast, and syrup. It is fast, efficient, and convenient for loading and unloading oil tanks and oil tankers, and can operate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
The LC High Viscosity Insulated Roto-Rooter Pump is a modified version of the LC pump, designed for transporting asphalt and condensate oil. It features an insulation layer on the pump housing or end cover, which is heated by steam or thermal oil circulation to insulate the pump chamber. This provides convenient and favorable conditions for both continuous and intermittent operation of the pump.
