The NCB series high viscosity rotor pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed based on the needs of industries such as oil, petrochemicals, coatings, fats, dyes, and food. Due to its versatility in selecting different materials and its unique structure, it is widely used for conveying media of varying properties and viscosities.
Overview of NCB Series High Viscosity Rotor Pumps:
The NCB series standard (stainless steel) annular high viscosity rotor pumps are a new type of positive displacement pump developed to meet the needs of industries such as petrochemicals, coatings, lubricants, dyes, food, etc. Due to their ability to be made from different materials and their unique structure, these pumps are widely used for conveying media of various properties and viscosities.
Applicable medium temperature: -10℃ to 200℃ (NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 applicable temperature range: -10℃ to 80℃).
Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0 cSt - 300,000 cSt (for NYPO 78 and NYP 2.3, the applicable viscosity range is 1.0 cSt - 10,000 cSt).
Advantages of NCB Series Internal Casing High Viscosity Rotor Pumps
Flow smoothly, pulse-free, with minimal vibration and low noise.
(2) Excellent self-priming capability.
(3) Proper selection of component materials allows for conveying various corrosive media, with operating temperatures up to 200°C.
(4) Both inner and outer rotors turn in the same direction, with minimal wear and extended lifespan.
(5) The speed of the rotor pump is linearly related to its flow rate; the flow can be adjusted by appropriately changing the rotation speed.
(6) Particularly suitable for conveying high viscosity mediums.
