The RY series air-cooled thermal oil pump is mainly used for transporting non-solid particle-containing, weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids with a service temperature of ≤370°C, making it an ideal circulating pump. It is extensively applied in industries such as high-temperature shaping of paper food containers, dynamic vulcanization of tires and regenerative rubber machinery, flat vulcanization, rubber drying, feed drying, dyeing and printing, chemical industry, plywood production, waterproof membrane production, asphalt heating, and noodles drying.
II. Structural Features:
The RY thermal oil pump is a product developed based on the digestion and absorption of foreign oil pumps. Its basic structural form is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered foot-supported structure. The pump's inlet is axially吸入, and the outlet is vertically upward in the center, mounted on the base with the motor.
(2) The RY-type thermal oil pump employs a double-end ball bearing support structure, with the front end lubricated by oil and the rear end by grease. There is a guiding oil pipe in the middle for real-time observation of the sealing condition and recovery of the thermal oil.
(3) Utilizes an auto-heat dissipation structure, altering the traditional water cooling design. This results in a simpler structure, smaller size, reduced operating costs, superior performance, and reliable usage.
(4) A combination of packed and mechanical seals is used, with the packed seal employing high-temperature-resistant packing material for excellent thermal adaptability. The mechanical seal is made of hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring sealing performance under high-temperature conditions.
(5) Utilizing third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, commonly abbreviated) for唇seal design, it has achieved a significant leap in sealing performance, offering 25 times greater reliability than rubber seals and excellent corrosion resistance.
