The asphalt thermal pumps are available in two materials: ordinary and cast steel, both featuring insulation jackets. These pumps are suitable for liquids that are solid or crystalline at normal temperatures but become easy to flow and lubricate when heated to a certain temperature. They are also ideal for outdoor installations and processes in cold regions where insulation is required. When the pump starts operating, the initial preheating reduces the starting power of the pump.
Ideal for transporting liquids that are corrosive or non-corrosive, with high sanitation requirements. The medium contains no solid particles, and the temperature does not exceed 350°C. Suitable for viscosity ranges from 5 cSt to 1500 cSt. Applies to various industries such as chemical raw materials, packaging, detergents, dyeing, brewing, resins, and adhesives. The pump is available in two drive types: motor direct connection and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500 cSt, a reducer drive should be used.
The asphalt insulation pump features a hollow sandwiched body and equipped with inlet and outlet flanges, suitable for heating and insulation of conveyed fluids and the pump with thermal oil, steam, hot water, etc. The transmission methods include direct motor coupling and reducer. When the fluid viscosity exceeds 1500 cSt, a reducer-driven transmission should be used.
