Section 3: ISW Horizontal Pipeline Pump Series
1. The ISW horizontal pipeline pump is designed for transferring clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire fighting pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigerant circulation, and bathroom cold and hot water circulation boosting, with a service temperature of T≤80℃.
2. ISWR horizontal hot water pumps, widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as in hotel and restaurant boiler hot water pressure boosting circulation and urban heating systems, with an operating temperature T≤120℃ for ALWR type.
3. ISWH Horizontal Chemical Pump, designed for transferring liquids without solid particles and corrosive in nature, with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, and synthetic fibers, operating temperature range is from -20℃ to +120℃.
4. ISWY Horizontal Pipeline Oil Pumps, suitable for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature range of the transported medium is -20℃ to 120℃.
5. ISWHY horizontal stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump, suitable for transferring flammable chemical liquids.
6. ISWD Horizontal Low-Speed Pump, suitable for environments with extremely low noise requirements, operating temperature T≤120℃.
IV. Working Conditions 1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, i.e., suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa, pump static test pressure ≤ 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure at the time of order. If the pump system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, it should be mentioned separately at the time of order to ensure cast steel material is used for the overflow and connection parts during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size less than 0.2mm.
Note: If using a medium with fine particles, please specify at the time of order to facilitate the manufacturer's use of mechanical seals.
