The 3QGB insulated screw pump is a volumetric pump with significant advantages, including a simple structure, compact size, and the ability to operate smoothly and reliably at high speeds. It features low pressure pulsation, stable flow, low noise, and high efficiency. It operates based on the principle of screw meshing, where rotating screws mesh within the pump casing, encapsulating the medium being conveyed within the meshing chamber and propelling it continuously and uniformly along the screw's axial direction to the discharge outlet, providing the system with stable pressure.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar liquids, with the viscosity of the conveyed fluid typically ranging from 30 to 760 mm/s. High-viscosity media can be transported after being heated to reduce viscosity, with the temperature generally not exceeding 350°C. The 3GB insulated screw pump is made of cast steel and comes in two types: insulated and non-insulated. It is recommended to use an insulated screw pump for high-viscosity media. The pump's inlet and outlet directions are usually as shown in the diagram, right in and left out upon factory shipment. Special requirements from the customer can also be accommodated with left in and right out configurations.
The 3QGB Insulated Screw Pump is widely used in various industries such as petrochemical, fiber, metallurgy, machinery, electricity, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for transferring fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, and other similar lubricating liquids.
