The XMTB-3207A temperature controller is a new generation multi-functional computer temperature controller designed for the reliable operation of air-cooled dry-type power transformers. It utilizes three Pt100 platinum thermistors pre-installed in the three-phase winding packages of the dry-type power transformer to detect the temperature rise of the transformer windings, and automatically controls the start/stop of the cooling fan, over-temperature alarms, and ultimately tripping to prevent overheating to ensure the safe operation of the dry-type power transformer. Due to the use of the current German RISC single-chip computer and advanced I2C storage and adjustment technology, and being designed according to the JB/T7631 standard, the temperature controller features a simple structure, reliable operation, and strong anti-interference capability. Additionally, the temperature controller has a "black box" function, which can record the temperature of each winding package during power outages and the working status of the unit.
