Application Scope

     This equipment is primarily used for treating wastewater with flocs having a specific gravity close to water after reaction. It is applicable in industries such as machinery, chemicals, light industry, transportation, and food, particularly suitable for the treatment of oil field drilling wastewater, reinjection water, and oil refinery wastewater.

      The machine primarily utilizes a physical and chemical processing method. It integrates traditional and mature processes such as chemical treatment, air flotation, and filtration adsorption through an organic combination design. It features simple and reasonable technology, wide adaptability, compact structure, convenient transportation and installation, easy operation, and reliability. Suitable for oil-water separation,COD、BODExcellent for effluent removal; typically, wastewater treated meets discharge standards.

     The entire unit consists of a sewage pump, metering equipment, reaction tank, flotation tank, flotation system, sand filter, activated carbon absorption column, and electrical control system.10T/HThe following combinations are mounted on the same base.10T/HAbove is for easy transportation, assembled on-site from individual parts into an integrated unit. Can be designed according to customer requirements (non-standard). Once the entire unit is adjusted to normal operation, it can basically be in an automatic state with easy operation.
