Retractable feeders are suitable for the automatic stripping of difficult-to-peel roll materials such as large-size labels, Mylar, foam, double-sided tape, conductive adhesive, etc. The intelligent design of the feeder offers strong compatibility, fast feeding speed, and high discharge accuracy. It supports abnormal alarm output and remote reset; the color touch screen supports displaying working information and quickly setting parameters. The retractable feeder can be widely used in the 3C electronics manufacturing industry.
Retreat length is adjustable, suitable for labels of various sizes ranging from 10 to 50mm.
Utilizing Mitsubishi PLC, supports both automatic and manual modes; closed-loop control structure, dynamically adjusts output torque in real-time while preventing missed steps, ensuring more stable discharge: independently developed motor control and drive design boasts ultra-quiet operation, vibration resistance, step accuracy, and anti-over shoot, guaranteeing the stable and reliable discharge every time.
Optional pre-peeling platform, supports adding a module to prevent base paper separation; adjustable tape widths, featuring a pre-adhesive design, to ensure the original state of materials to a greater extent.
