The capital verification report is a document issued by an accounting firm, audit firm, or other institutions qualified to verify capital, proving the authenticity of the funds. According to regulations, the registered capital of a company must be verified by a legally designated capital verification institution, which issues a capital verification report as a legitimate proof of the registered capital amount. Under national laws, the legally designated capital verification institutions are accounting firms and audit firms. After the verification, the institution should issue a capital verification report, along with the verification proof materials and other attachments, and hand them over to the client as the basis for applying for the registered capital.
