What is Kitchen Self-Destruction?
"Kitchen Auto Extinguisher," or "Automatic Kitchen Fire Extinguishing System," is a fixed installation in the kitchen consisting of a fire extinguishing agent storage container, a driving gas storage container, piping, nozzles, valves, and their driving mechanisms, as well as temperature sensors. 1. When a kitchen stove fire occurs and the temperature reaches 183°C, the thermosensitive strip melts (the stove heat is normally not enough to melt the thermosensitive element, thus preventing false spraying), and the control valve activates. The membrane of the gas cylinder is pierced, causing gas to instantly drive the extinguishing agent through the pressure-reducing device. It is then sprayed out through special atomizing nozzles. The jet pressure during extinguishing is stable, preventing oil from splashing. The agent covers the surface of the oil pot and reacts with the edible oil, quickly extinguishing the fire. At the same time, the extinguishing agent is sprayed into the flue through the flue nozzle to extinguish the flue fire, with the entire fire process taking only 3-5 seconds.
2. Upon the device's startup, after the medication is sprayed out, the water valve will automatically open to spray water for cooling.
