Arched multi-span intelligent greenhouses typically feature spans of 8 meters, with the main steel structure consisting of hot-dipped galvanized pipes and sections. The roof and sides are covered with multi-span greenhouse PO film, or 8mm thick polycarbonate (PC) panels. They offer high light transmission and excellent insulation properties. Surrounding the greenhouse are external shading systems, internal shading systems, fan and wet curtain cooling systems, drainage systems, dew collection systems, mobile seedling beds, and electrical control systems. The greenhouse's control system is centralized and electrically hand-operated. The foundation around the greenhouse is in the form of strips, while the interior is point-supported. Such greenhouses are suitable for growing flowers/vegetables and dwarf fruit trees; they can also serve as seedling-type greenhouses for cultivating flowers, vegetables, and trees; they can be used as ornamental greenhouses for ecological restaurants, market displays, tourism, scientific research, and; they can also be utilized for aquaculture and animal husbandry.
Features:
1. Greenhouses are constructed with hot-dipped pipe and profiles, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability with a long service life.
2. Greenhouse construction is cost-effective, with the roof and sides covered by film or PC boards, lightweight, and high in transparency.
3. Large-span design with ample interior space, high land use efficiency, and ease of manual and mechanical operation.
4. In large-scale interconnected structures, internal drainage can be added to ensure adequate drainage capacity.
5. Greenhouse arches are designed with a reasonable span-to-rise ratio, conserving materials, boasting high load-bearing capacity, and their arched shape facilitates the sliding off of rain and snow.
