Arched multi-span intelligent greenhouses typically span 8 meters, with the main steel structure made of hot-dipped galvanized pipe and sections. The roof and sides are covered with multi-span greenhouse PO film or 8mm thick polycarbonate (PC) panels. They offer high light transmission and excellent heat preservation. The greenhouse is equipped with external shading systems, internal shading systems, fan wet curtain cooling systems, drainage systems, dew collection systems, mobile seedling beds, electrical control systems, and more. The greenhouse control system is centralized with electric manual control. The outer walls are supported by strip foundations, while the interior uses independent point foundations. Such greenhouses are suitable for growing flowers/vegetables and dwarf fruit trees; they can also serve as seedling-type greenhouses for raising flowers, vegetables, and trees; as ornamental greenhouses for eco-restaurants, market displays, sightseeing, scientific research, and more; and can also be used for aquaculture and animal husbandry.
Features:
1. Greenhouses are constructed with hot-dipped steel tubes and profiles, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability with a long service life.
2. Low-cost greenhouse construction, featuring film or PC panels for the roof and sides, is lightweight with high transparency.
3. Large-span design with ample interior space, high land utilization, and ease of manual and mechanical operation.
4. For large-scale interconnected buildings, internal drainage can be added to ensure adequate drainage capacity.
5. Greenhouse arch frames are designed with a rational rise-to-span ratio, conserving materials while offering high load-bearing capacity. The arch shape facilitates the downward flow of rain and snow.
