Arch-shaped connected intelligent greenhouses are mostly designed with spans of 8 meters, with the main steel structure made of hot-dipped galvanized pipes and profiles; the roof and sides are covered with multi-span greenhouse PO film, or 8mm thick polycarbonate (PC) panels. They offer high light transmission and excellent insulation properties. The surrounding greenhouses are equipped with external shading systems, internal shading systems, fan wet curtain cooling systems, drainage systems, dew collection systems, movable seedling beds, electrical control systems, etc. The greenhouse control system is centralized with electric manual operation. The outer perimeter is supported by strip foundations, while the interior is supported by independent point foundations. Such greenhouses can be used for the cultivation of flowers/vegetables and dwarf fruit trees; as seedling-type greenhouses for raising flowers, vegetables, and trees; as ornamental greenhouses for ecological restaurants, market displays, sightseeing, scientific research, etc.; and also for aquaculture and animal husbandry.
Features:
1. Greenhouses utilize hot-dipped steel tubes and profiles, offering both aesthetics and durability with a long service life.
2. Greenhouse construction is cost-effective, with the roof and sides covered by film or PC panels, lightweight, and high transparency.
3. Large-span design, spacious interior, high land use efficiency, easy for manual and mechanical operations.
4. For large-scale interconnected buildings, internal drainage can be added to ensure adequate drainage capacity.
5. Greenhouse arch frames are designed with a reasonable span-to-rise ratio, saving materials and boasting high load-bearing capacity. The arched shape facilitates the下滑 of rain and snow.
