Model and Specification HDG 600×600×30mm HDG 600×600×35mm
Floor Composition
Steel Static-Dissipative Flooring is made from cold-rolled alloy steel plates, stretched and spot-welded into shape. The surface is phosphated and then electrostatically powder-coated, with the inner cavity filled with foam cement and the top surface lined with a high-wear-resistant static-dissipative material.(HPL) or PVC paneling, featuring conductive edge strips around the perimeter. **Generally categorized by load-bearing capacity into ultra-light, light, standard, and heavy-duty flooring. **HPL stands for tri-oxide polyamide anti-static fire-resistant board, while PVC denotes conductive tiles.。
System Assembly
The system assembly is composed of floor panels, trusses, and supports. The trusses and the adjustable-height supports are securely fastened together to form a stable lower support system with screws, and the floor panels are inserted into the grid formed by the trusses.
