Large liquid nitrogen tank cluster for cell bank
The cryogenic liquid nitrogen tank cluster for biological sample storage consists of several fully automatic gas-phase liquid nitrogen tanks, an automatic extraction crane for storage racks, an automatic pipette selector, an automatic box gripper, an automatic transfer window, and transport tanks. It enables the fully automated storage and retrieval of storage tubes on racks.
From laboratory construction and biobank planning to project construction and biobank delivery, offering a one-stop solution for safety, economy, and standardization.
Establishment of Database Services:
From sample library planning to project implementation and providing turnkey services to clients, offering professional solutions in terms of safety, economy, and regulations.
Packaged service for liquid nitrogen storage tanks, liquid nitrogen pipelines, valves, and related auxiliary facilities.
2. Lab equipment status monitoring, including operating temperature, CO2 concentration, etc.
3. Lab environment status monitoring, including temperature and humidity, room pressure, oxygen concentration, and ventilation system interlocks;
4. Self-developed monitoring platform for integrating various monitoring information and providing diverse alarm functions.
Achieve both local and cloud server deployment, allowing customers to view lab conditions from any terminal.
Technical Features:
Unit 1: 20℃ cold storage, composed of liquid nitrogen tanks, low-temperature picking machines, three-axis pick-and-place robots, basket hoisting cylinders, gripper robots, transfer tank pass windows, and other components.
Inside the cold storage, there are 22 liquid nitrogen storage tanks and 2 ultra-low temperature pipette selectors. They share a set of three-axis pick-and-place robot, hoisting tube, gripper arm, ultra-low temperature pipette selector, and transfer window for intermediate tanks.
Due to the dehumidifying effect of the wind-cooled cold storage, frosting on the samples is basically non-existent.
Storage Temperature 1: 185°C, Raising Temperature 1: 130°C, Sorting Temperature 1: 150°C, Transfer Temperature 1: 150°C.

Establish a digital platform for customized sample management where operators can remotely perform inventory and status management without the need for on-site presence, and easily query information from the sample library.
