Operating Principle
A drum crystallizer is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feeding pan comes into contact with the cooled drum surface, forming a material film. Heat exchange occurs between the film and the drum wall, cooling the film and causing crystallization. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, resulting in sheet-like products.
A drum dryer is a continuous operation equipment that heats and dries liquid or strip-like materials adhering to the outer wall of a rotating drum through heat conduction.
