Alcohol Recovery Tower

Primary Use
This unit is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the food, light industry, and chemical industry. It is also applicable for the distillation of formaldehyde and other solvents. Depending on the user's requirements, it can distill dilute alcohol of about 30°C to 90°C to 95°C alcohol. If a higher final alcohol content is required, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield will accordingly decrease.

Features of the Device
This unit is filled with stainless steel metal. The distillation tower is made of stainless steel, preventing iron filings from blocking the tower fillings and extending the unit's service life. All parts of the unit that come into contact with alcohol, such as condensers, pressure vessels, and cooling coils, are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The distillation kettle uses removable U-shaped heating pipes, which can be pulled out of the kettle for easy cleaning of the heating and distillation kettle walls during maintenance. This unit can operate in batch, semi-continuous, or continuous production.
