Ethanol Recovery Tower

Working Principle
The alcohol recovery tower operates based on the principle that the boiling point of alcohol is lower than that of other solutions. By heating the dilute alcohol solution to a temperature slightly above the boiling point of alcohol, the solution is vaporized. After being refined within the tower, pure alcohol vapor is condensed, increasing the concentration of the alcohol solution and achieving the goal of alcohol recovery.

Equipment Structure
The alcohol recovery tower consists of six parts: the tower kettle, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank, and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the food, light industry, and chemical industries. All parts that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, offering excellent corrosion resistance and the advantage of reducing production costs. This unit can distill dilute alcohol from 30 to 50 degrees to 93 to 95 degrees, with the residual liquid having a low alcohol content, meeting the required standards.
This unit is constructed with stainless steel corrugated packing, with all contact material parts made of stainless steel. The exterior surface of the equipment is treated with a matte finish, complying with GMP standards.
