Recycling Tower

The waste gas exiting the recovery tower from the production line is at a high temperature, ranging from 70 to 80 degrees Celsius, and may contain a small amount of solid impurities. Therefore, it is first filtered to remove the impurities, then it enters an absorption section. In this absorption section, a mixed aqueous solution with a solvent concentration of 15% to 20% is used to absorb the waste gas within the absorption section. After absorption, the absorbed liquid is sent for refining and recovery based on material calculations, with the remainder continuing to circulate.
