1. The operation is the material cutting process for cabinet enclosures. Workers on site will, according to the design drawings, cut the required size components from large sheets using a shearing machine. After cutting, workers will mark the material number on the surface of each piece with a marker pen.

2. The materials are then sent to a CNC punch press/cutting machine for punching/cutting operations. After stamping/cutting is complete, the parts are de-bonded microscopically and are subsequently sent to the bending machine for bending. During the bending process, the main considerations include tool selection, bending sequence, bending compensation, and bending interference.

3. Depending on the case/cabinet product, processes such as welding, sanding, painting, assembly, and packaging may be required.
