Extrusion production equipment details:
1. Extruder models include: SJ-75 Extruder, SJ-90 Extruder, SJ-120 Extruder, SJ-150 Extruder, SJ-180 Extruder.
2. Quick Mesh Change: Capable of weaving 80-200 mesh filter nets, which can increase pressure and filter out impurities from the raw materials during the extrusion process.
3. Melt Metering Pump: Controls the uniform delivery of molten raw materials to the head.
4. Plastic Sheet Extrusion Molds: Even material flow, capable of producing sheets in various widths and thicknesses.
5. Three-roll Calender: The sheet material extruded from the flat die is at a higher temperature and is polished by the three-roll calender while gradually cooling. Additionally, it serves a certain traction function, adjusting the speed of the sheet material uniformly at all points to ensure flatness.
Three-roll calenders can be categorized based on the processing properties of different materials into: flat three-roll calenders, vertical three-roll calenders, and 45-degree inclined three-roll calenders.
6. (Trimming Device) Cooling and Shaping Support: Sheets or plates extruded from molds require trimming at both ends. Between the three-roll polishing mill and the 2-roll puller, there are 10-20 stainless steel rolls with a diameter of 63mm for cooling and conveying, allowing the sheet materials to naturally dissipate heat in the air. The length of the cooling support is determined based on the thickness of the plates, ensuring the cooling and shaping of the sheet materials.
7. The 2-roll puller consists of two rolls, evenly pulling tubes or sheets to the cutting unit.
8. Fixed-length cutting output unloading or winding machine: Hardboard or thick sheets outputted by the puller need to be cut to fixed lengths and conveyed for unloading. Soft sheets or thin materials outputted by the puller need to be rolled into cylindrical shapes.
9. Extrusion production line equipped with an automatic vacuum feeding machine or a screw feeding machine
10. Equipped with dry hopper, models available: 50KG, 75KG, 100KG, 150KG.
