QTJ4-26A Electric Block Molding Machine is an all-new fully automatic model developed by our company, incorporating the advantages of previous small and medium-sized brick-making machines. Based on the QTJ4-26C model, it features four guide columns, automatic push-pull molds, integrated pneumatic and electrical systems, and is equipped with two powerful vibration motors. The channel steel machine frame enhances the equipment's robustness, while the mold and punch positioning are more accurate. It utilizes bottom mold vertical orientation, directional vibration, and top mold pressure vibration, significantly boosting production efficiency and ensuring uniform brick density and high strength.
