Structural Features:
1This pump boasts hydraulic design rationality, reliable performance, compact size, light weight, stable operation with excellent cavitation resistance, high work efficiency, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance. The modified pump features a horizontal structure, with its design fundamentally meeting the installation requirements for all pipelines.
2The structure features a rear opening design, where the pump cover is securely fastened to the bearing by a stop. It is then clamped in place between the pump body and the bearing housing stop by their positioning and connection. The pump body features axial intake and radial discharge. Inside, adjustable liners are set up to work with a semi-open impeller, allowing it to operate within the high-efficiency zone.
3The bracket-type bearing housing is securely mounted on the base, offering easy disassembly. The design includes an extended coupling, allowing for maintenance without removing the inlet and outlet pipe connections, pump body, or motor. Simply remove the intermediate coupling component of the coupling, and the rotor assembly can be removed for inspection. This significantly reduces labor intensity, saves working time, and improves work efficiency.
4Pump shaft seal: Stuffing box seal, water at a certain pressure can be introduced into the stuffing box for cooling, lubrication, and cleaning purposes.
5Pump sealing types are available in packing or mechanical seal, allowing users to choose based on their needs.
