The Liftable Turbulent Aerator is mainly composed of four parts: the outer cylinder, the air intake pipe, the reverse flow plate, and the wedge-shaped structure. It boasts high oxygen transfer efficiency, low pressure loss, strong mixing power, non-clogging, no sediment accumulation at the bottom of the pool, maintenance-free operation, intermittent operation capability, and a long service life. The Liftable Turbulent Aerator consumes less energy compared to conventional products such as fixed screw aerators, diffuser aerators, and perforated pipe aerators.25% and above.
Airflow is ejected at high speed from the nozzle, creating a strong negative pressure at the bottom of the aeration device, drawing in wastewater at the pool bottom and active sludge, achieving the first cut. The mixed airflow passes through a spiral guide plate, generating intense vortex currents under the action of the rotator, achieving the second cut. The spiral ascending airflow then passes through specially designed multi-layer cutting blades, undergoing eight times of multiple cuts, producing a large number of millimeter-sized bubbles and some micronanometer-sized bubbles, achieving the third cut. The spiral airflow is ejected at a high velocity from the vortex aeration device, diffusing outward under the action of centrifugal force, forming many small vortices in the flow field, achieving the fourth cut.。
