Fluorine-lined centrifugal pumps, the IHF series, are widely used in: acid pickling and painting processes in automotive manufacturing; electrolyte transport in non-ferrous metal smelting; and chlorinated water, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes in alkali production projects with ion membrane technology. Operating temperature range: -20℃ to 100℃. The IHF centrifugal pumps are designed according to international standards, with the pump body lined with fluoroplastic on a metallic shell. The impeller and pump cover are made by pressing metallic inserts with fluoroplastic alloy sheathing. The shaft seal features an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, with a static ring made of alumina ceramic and a dynamic ring filled with PTFE. Their features include corrosion and wear resistance, as well as good sealing properties.
